To place an order, please call our office toll free at 1-866-399-3935.  Sod price is determined by your location and the quantity you are looking for, so please have this information prior to calling our office.  We only accept orders within a two week window of the date you want your sod delivered.  Please try and place your order as early in this two week window as possible as our trucks can book up quickly.

In order to calculate the area of your yard for sod or fertilizer needs you will need a measuring tape, paper and pen.  Start by drawing the general shape of the area you want to measure on paper and then look for simple shapes within the drawing.  It is easier to get an accurate measurement of the yard if you break it down into squares, rectangles, circles and triangles that can each be measured and then added to come up with the total.

Once you have the yard broken down into simple shapes, take the necessary measurements that you will need to get the area for that shape based on the formulas below.

 Simply add the area of all your shapes together to come up with the total area of your yard.  For the purpose of ordering sod it is recommended that you add 5-10% to the total area of your yard, depending on how complex the shapes are, to accommodate for cuts and trimmings.  It is recommended that you make a note of the area somewhere that you can refer to later as it comes in very handy when fertilizing your yard.
