Welcome! Shellview Sod Farms is Saskatchewan’s pioneer in the sod farm industry. Family owned and operated since 1960, the farm is located just north of Shellbrook, Saskatchewan. Our goal has always been to produce the highest quality sod, while providing fast, efficient and friendly service. Our sod is grown from the purest Kentucky Blue and Fescue seed. It is grown for a minimum of two years before harvesting. This gives it time to reach maturity with a well developed root system. Our sod is harvested in rolls (big or small) for easy installation and is delivered to our customers within 24 hours of harvest, guaranteed!

Shellview Sod Farms Ltd. will guarantee that sod will be delivered in excellent growing condition. Sod will be harvested as close to shipping time as possible and will not be cut more than 24 hours before delivery. Sod will have a minimum of 2 years root development and be at least 99.0% weed free. Sod delivered will be mowed and rolled in field before harvest to ensure easiest possible installation and best possible appearance. All seed varieties used in our sod are of the newest and hardiest varieties available for Saskatchewan growing conditions. Shellview Sod Farms Ltd. was established in Saskatchewan in 1960.
